The model for this monument was created in 1971 by two craftsmen, M. Baldan-Osor and D. Mishig. Constructed using traditional wooden joinery techniques and painted green, the model rests on a red table featuring intricate ornamentation. The table is decorated with floral patterns and lotus motifs, alongside traditional bronze-style scrollwork. While the monument itself and the surrounding lion figures are made of iron, the base is crafted from silver.
