Research Staff Member / Archaeologist:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Archaeology Proficiency in archaeological research methodology and the ability to operate relevant software, equipment, and technology At least one year of stable work experience in a museum or research institution, with a track record of research output Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a heavy workload Experience in researching museum collections based on fundamental and applied sciences as well as museology, generating scientifically grounded new knowledge, and disseminating it to the public Competence in specializing in a specific scientific field, conducting fundamental research, and publishing findings Knowledge and skills to participate in domestic and international scientific projects, conduct collaborative research, and advance museum-related and other research activities. Capable of contributing to social development by developing the scientific rationale and concepts for the museum's permanent and temporary exhibitions and making them accessible to the public Possesses relevant experience in handling and promoting museum exhibits, artifacts, and collections Fully proficient in office administration and document preparation Capable of generating, developing, evaluating, and assessing new ideas and initiatives Possesses adequate foreign language proficiency Fully proficient in using computer application software Application submission period
